Hi, Dear SPM friends, I am trying to use batch system and get a problem. My problem is how to use ‘Call MATLAB function’ in BasicIO. I tried to use common function like sum or call spm_eeg_filter. If I call sum, then it always indicates input could not be evaluated. If I call spm_eeg_filter, (the inputs field using dependency), it pops up a window asking for inputs and starts to execute … Could anyone tell me where I configured wrong? Thanks a lot.
