Subject: Quality control scanning

Hi all,

 

I am in the processing of devising a Scanning and Document Policy with procedures and I am looking also to produce a control sheet to ensure quality of the documents being scanned is maintained.

 

Would anyone have a control/quality sheet they use for this purpose?
