Equality and diversity guidelines for websites/blogs/online forums

Hi,

A second request! We are doing some work looking at the way women in science/engineering/technology are shown, talked about and treated on SET-related websites, blogs and forums.

Does anyone know of toolkits/guidelines/policies that set out good practice in building equality and diversity online?

It could be to do with website content and appearance (words, images, design)
Or moderation of comments, marketing, overall ethos and aims.

Please send me links or copies if you can.

Many thanks,

Ruth Wilson
