Isn't it funny how there are so many people in the world that either read the world the first way or the second way. Expectations have such a big impact on outcomes, as professionals we have such a big responsibility to help people see the world the second way but it is so easy to say or do things that lead people to see it the first way even if it is not intentional.

This is a video that was submitted in a contest by a 20-year old. The contest was titled "u @ 50" by AARP. This video won second place. When they showed it, everyone in the room was awe-struck and broke into spontaneous applause. So simple and yet so brilliant. Do take a minute to watch it.
