Morning List

 

I have an employee who has a longstanding insomnia problem and the GP continues to throw as many drugs as he can at her, she has tried acupuncture , hypnotherapy and counselling with no real success. I am aware of quite a few sleep clinics but they seem to concentrate on sleep apnoea only, I wonder if there is a sleep clinic out there which concentrates on this problem? all suggestions gratefully received especially if they are NHS based/ free!
