Hi,
The service up at the university apparently
doesn’t use Keystone! I was very surprised when they told me they carry
out FLT eye screening but do NOT include stereopsis! I’m trying to ensure
I cover all the bases and I know at my previous workplace the depth perception
part of the Keystone was the most important aspect for FLT drivers!

Hi all,
Does anyone have a vision screening tool they are willing to
share with me please? We are setting up health surveillance programmes for
drivers/forklift truck drivers and, as we are requesting depth perception
screening for FLT drivers, the company who do the screening for us have
requested that we provide a specific form with tests required clearly
documented on the form.
