Hi Assuming you're on 1.9.something, the Admin can go to Site Admin: Appearance: Course Managers and switch off (or change) the role(s) which are shown on the lists. If you still want a specific teacher to appear, rather than lots, you'll need to create a new role (by duplicating the teacher role) named something like "Lead teacher" and follow the logical steps thereafter (i.e. add lead teachers to the "course managers" options, identify one individual as a lead teacher in the relevant course(s) in assign roles). Note: The "course managers" screen displays badly on some Moodle themes - make sure you tick the correct check boxes! I thought there used to be an option within a course itself to say how many teachers to display, but I may be dreaming or thinking of WebCT or Sakai or something else I work with! Problem is, is that under the course everyone is listed as a teacher. Have made out an example below (sorry dont know how to add attachments to this. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Numeracy (which is the course name) Teacher: Teachers Name 1 Teacher: Teachers Name 2 Teacher: Teachers Name 3 Teacher: Teachers Name 4 Teacher: Teachers Name 5 Teacher: Teachers Name 6 and so on. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Is there anyway to remove the list as it is creating a 'scroll of death' when they see the course details. It also shows up in the 'MyCourses' section on the front page Any help would be great (can send screenshots to e-mails if anyone need clarity) Many thanks Chris
