Hi Everybody Thank you very much for your rapid responses to my request. I have now ordered a copy. I did try Amazon.com once before for a couple of feminist books I was after and when completed my order was notified they wouldn't send to Australia so I stopped using the site.......But now will try Amazon.co.uk site in future.
