I don't think that is straightforward. A simple visualisation solution may be to fslmerge the thresh_zstat images in the stats directory and view the merged image in fslview? Eugene
We are using MELODIC to remove some awful artifact we have in our data, that shows up in the statistical comparison. The artifact is seen better in the coronal view than in the axial view. Do either of you know if there is a way to change the display in the report page from axial to coronal?
