We have a question regarding the stopping criteria in probtrack. In the 2003 Behrens et al. paper, it discusses the criteria relating to angle of fibers and multiple directions, but we are not entirely clear what the criteria are for fibers going into a nucleus, which synapse there and then new fibers leave that same nucleus continuing in the same direction they were before (such as happens in some subcortical relays). Can anyone clarify what the rules are for this in probtrack? Thank you. The information in this e-mail is intended only for the person to whom it is addressed.
