Dear FSL experts, After using this script 'Run_First_All' , I am trying to conduct the FIRST vertex analysis for four groups comparision (one group is Normal and the others are sub type of same disease patients.) Now,I have a question about doing vertex analysis three times to reveal the difference among the patient's groups. (Normal-Patient A;Normal-Patient B;Normal-Patient C) Does it make sense in statistical logicality or maybe have other alternative method ?
