I have some problems with bedpost (included in fsl version 4.1.5). I receive a couple of messages and I am not sure whether these are safe to ingnore.
1.

2.

For some reason the bedpostX process DOES NOT appear
to have successfully completed. Please examine your
results carefully.
/usr/local/FSL/fsl-4.1.5-centos4_64/bin/bedpostx: line 250: kill: (6779) - No such process
For 2, how would I be able to examine the results other than looking at the data - I have no reference.
