Hi all, <br><br>I was wondering if there is a way to modify the .fsf file for each subject in the batch script?<br><br>To clarify, I want to batch run multiple subjects, however each will have different EV&#39;s (unique roi timecourses) though the processing steps will be the same.<br>

<br>In a post yesterday, Cornelius Werner outlined the basic premise to scripting feat :<br><font face="Courier New">1) create a first-level design file (eg., exp1.fsf) using the GUI<br>2) run something like &quot;for i in $Subjects; do feat exp1.fsf -D $i.feat; done&quot; </font><br>
<br>This works if your paradigm is the same across all subjects, but how do I change the exp1.fsf file for each subject?<br>Is there a way I can override the Custom EV file (EV 1) in the fsf file or change the directories between each subject?<br>
