What operating system are you running this on? Did you properly source the
fsl.sh config file?

Peace,

Matt.

Thanks a lot for the speedy reply!
The chmod worked but then when I try to re run the proj_thresh, this error
message appears: .. ./proj_thresh
/home/irene/Desktop/Mask/tracs6/seeds_to_BA3aL.nii.gz 50 ./proj_thresh:
error while loading shared libraries: libnewimage.so: cannot open shared
object file: No such file or directory
I cannot figure out why is that. Does this tell you something?

Thanks very much in advance.

Betreff: [FSL] proj_thresh command

Hi all,
I'm having problems at running both proj_thresh and find_the_biggest . The
terminal just says that it doesnt find the command line even if both have
been downloaded and are executable.
Do you know why is that?

Thanks for your help!
