This is strange.  So you're getting out+.feat directories being created?

What exactly do you mean by making changes in the template alone?  Does the
FEAT GUI come up in the "Registration Only"  format when you load the file
up to load?

Are the files you're sending the design.fsf files from the newly created
full feat directories?
