Does anyone on the mailbase know of a lab offering methotrexate using a method which is NOT an immunoassay?

We have some samples from a child post high dose therapy exhibiting funny kinetics and want to make sure that there is no interference in the assay. We use the TDX method.

I am assured that there is no “third space” to explain the kinetics.
