Thanks Steve- I voided my files of all evil spaces, and Bedpost ran... Unfortunately, I have now run into another problem. I'm running bedpostx on a mac (and I've had this problem on other macs too), and it seems to run bedpost in 10 mins and says that it has processed 0 slices. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot?
