>This interesting website was created by Ushahidi.com in association with the International Foundation for Electoral System (IFES) to cover the conduct of the 2010 presidential elections in Togo. It enables citizens with mobile phones to report incidents of electoral fraud, political violence and human rights abuses. Users to the site can see graphic mappings, incident reports and consult news headlines relating to the elections. Users should note that some materials are offered in French only.

>FIS Bildung Literaturdatenbank (German Education Index) is maintained by the Educational Information System (FIS Bildung), a network of almost 30 documentation institutions, and is hosted by the German Institute for International Education Research (DIPF). It is a searchable index to journal articles, book chapters, reports and other grey literature covering all aspects of education policy, practice and theory. This includes coverage of teaching, the economics of education, and all levels of education from primary schooling to higher and adult education. Over 400 journal titles are indexed. These are primarily German language, but also include major English language publications. Entries cover publications from approximately 1980 onwards. Abstracts are provided. Materials are updated quarterly. It is possible to search in English, French or German.

These include the results from Senate, House, local, European elections and Dutch referendums. Material is being added to the site continuously. >A fascinating online exhibition hosted by the European Library which spotlights materials relating to ROMA history culture and migration in Europe. The Curator's Collection gives visitors the rare chance to view important documents from the private collection of Roma expert, Mr. Dragoljub Ackovi>ć. These include books, manuscripts, postcards and photos from Europe and the Balkans. Highlights are the first ever written dictionary in Roma-Serbian-German compiled in a concentration camp in WWII and 19th Century film clips. Other areas of the exhibition include memorabilia (books, photographs and prints) in the Romani language drawn from the archives of the National Library of Serbia; there are also postcards, photographs and audio files of folk songs from the holdings of the national libraries of Denmark, Moldova and Georgia with audio content provided by the Phonogrammarchiv of the Austrian Academy of Sciences. The 8 page report uses data from the British Social Attitudes survey to present findings on English attitudes to devolution. It is working to provide free online access to a collection of historic materials reflecting the culture and history of Portugal. These include manuscripts, historic books, journals and maps. A wide range of topic areas rare covered including: exploration and the Portuguese empire, the economic history of Portugal, historic accounts of Lisbon and other Portuguese cities and colonies, biographies of Portuguese historical figures and monarchs. >This site was created with the support of the Department of Canadian Heritage. Partners include many historical archives such as Niagara Historical Society & Museum, It aims to provide students and educators with an online library of resources relating to the history of the 1812-1815 war of independence between Britain and North America. It is possible to read primary sources online. These include government publications, military documents, historic battle maps, documents from military battalions and individual papers and oral history accounts. Many of the items are held by Canadian archives. They also include photographs of images (such as artefacts from the battlefields) held in Canadian museum collections. A section for teachers contains suggested lesson plans. Information on copyright is provided on the website.
