Hi I am doing an analysis that involves comparing 46 DCMs for many subjects. Obviously this is very time consuming, and I was wondering if there is a way, once the ROIs have been identified, to make a batch file that will automatically specify and estimate the 46 models for each subject. I have tried exploring the batch option in SPM, but there doesn't appear to be any sort of DCM option other than BMS. Thanks Joe
