Back to the old worplace stress risk assessments! One used in a local authority where I work has a really long complicated stress risk assessment, that stresses anyone out who is completing it!
Does anyone out there have a nice simple assessment they use please? Was thinking something of the lines of a few questions and then perhaps a further more indepth assessment if any problems highlighted.
Would be interested seeing what anyone else uses if you were in a mind to share.....or would that be too stressful for you......or stressful for me if you don't! Perhaps I need to fill one in myself!!!!
