The
organizing committee of ECAMP 10 acknowledges the impressive number of contributions
received so far (around 700). Nevertheless, due to the huge amount of abstracts
received just before the deadline, some users experienced an abnormal slow down
on the on-line tool and some connection problems.
In
order to allow regular participants to check if their abstract were submitted
properly, if they filled in all the authors data in the web tool or to send
those abstracts that could not be submitted before the deadline, this
deadline has been extended until next Monday, 22nd
of March 2010, at 20:00 (Spain’s local time):

Please,
note that there will not be further extensions of the deadline. An
alternative submission procedure will be established for those participants who
decide to present a communication after that date, but all the abstracts
received in this way will be considered as late abstracts (except, of
course, for the abstracts of invited talks).
Let
us also remind you that early registration will be possible until April
16th, 2010. This same deadline applies for requests for
