Dear All,

We have great problems accessing documents delivered from the British Library using Adobe Digital Editions. I know that the BL also offer delivery via FileOpen and Ariel and I would like to hear from any libraries using either of these methods to find out how they work in practie and how reliable you find them.

Regards,
Stuart Glover, MA MCLIP
