Many thanks for all your helpful responses - too many to reply individually,
but you know who you are!

I will summarise the responses and post them to the list later on this week.

Best wishes
Julie

Subject: Free online survey / questionnaire tools

A nice Friday type of question (I hope) -

We're planning a user (and non-user) survey for our information service
within a large law firm, and I'm looking for something that I can add
potentially add as a link to our intranet pages and also email as a link
round the firm.

Which free online survey / questionnaire tools do you currently use?
Which would you recommend?
Which would you avoid?
Which can cope well with a mixture of closed and open questions?

I've had a look through the lis-link archive and can't find anything there
to help me, so all suggestions very gratefully received.

I'll summarise for the list!

Kind regards
(and have a lovely weekend)

Julie
