Hi Rosemary, We at SCRI also use Swets but we do not subscribe to the Swetswise service. We find them a good subscription agent who seem to be fairly efficient at chasing non received print and also failures in access to e-journal subscriptions when we have informed them of the failure in delivery. However, they do not chase failures in access to e-journals that are part of a big deal. We save quite a lot of money by not subscribing to Swetswise.
