Thanks Dave, you are right. I had to set the type of image in the normal view and then switch to 3d (setting it directly in 3d view didn't work).

Best,
Miguel

You probably need to set the data types, i.e., mask, stats etc. Then, when you switch to 3d view you should see all the layers as: in-plane coloured patches, surfaces, etc.

Hope that helps.

Dear all,

I am trying to render my FA template and then use the clipping box to select the plane where my statistical results are specially interesting. However, I can't see the latter, even though the image appears in the layer list.

I applied TBSS and am able to successfully display my results (template + skeleton + thresholded p-map) as suggested in your website:

fslview myFAemplate -b 0,600 mean_FA_skeleton.nii.gz -l Green -b 300,800 myFilled&thresholdedPmap -l Red-Yellow

But, when I render, I can only see my template. Could anyone please say what I am doing wrong?
Thanks in advance!

Miguel
