EvoCompetitions 2010 - Call for Participation ** DEADLINE EXTENDED for the Symbolic Regression Competition ** --- For the first time, EvoStar (www.evostar.org) is running competitions relevant to the topics of the EvoStar events. These competitions are open to anyone attending the EvoStar events on 7-9 April 2010 in Istanbul, Turkey. Entries are invited for the following competitions: - Financial Time Series Prediction (deadline March 20th) - Symbolic Regression (DEADLINE EXTENDED March 31st) - Car Setup Optimisation (deadline April 1st) - Mario AI Championship (deadline April 1st) - Evolve The Next Evo* Image (deadline April 1st) Please refer to the EvoCompetitions page in www.evostar.org for details on individual competitions. Nominal prizes will be awarded at the EvoStar closing ceremony on 9 April 2010, but the main purpose is for winners to obtain recognition by the EvoStar community.
