Hi Mattias,

i have this problem before also when i did my backbone assignment.
i rectify it by checking all resonances for a particular spin system. Are there any additional or wrong assignments ?

i do not think i can help much but just to let you know, you are not alone

warm regards
Lua

Hi,

I have noticed that the spin system type scoring for Glycine is not working
correct , see attachment. Spin system 79 is without a doubt a glycine.
Can you fix this? It has quite a big influence on the sequence location
matching.

Question: Does the matching include stronger weighting for very unique
residue types, such as Gly, Ala, Ser, and Thr? I think it might help in
getting more unique matches for the sequence locations.

Thanks,

Mattias
