Hi : Hamdi have reported a problem in 2007. Today, I got the same problem (missing header files after estimation). Data pre-processing created .hdr and .img files, but after running contrast manager I got con.img and spmT.img without .hdr files. I am using SPM5. I need to know if Hamdi or anybody else figured out what is the problem and how to fix it. Thank You.. Soha
