Subject: Rudyard Kipling and Saki

Last year Tim Connell wrote an article "Rudyard Kipling and Saki Compared" in which he mentioned Saki's "Not so stories" Saki also wrote "The Political Jungle Book". It appears that they were originally published as short stories in The Westminster Gazette ca 1902.

Both appear difficult to find: I have tried Google, British Library etc

Does anyone know how to find any of these stories?
