Hi Chrissie, Have you thought of using an art college? I've had great success several times using something I needed as a live brief for graphic design students at my local specialist college (Cleveland College of Art and Design). The best thing about it is it's usually free, though a financial inducement as a prize for the best design / illustration always helps! The other great advantage is that you get several responses to the brief to choose from, and all the students get something out of it as they include it in their portfolios. I'm not looking for precise drawings that are to scale, more simplified, cartoon-y type drawings. Do you know anyone who might be suitable, or other sources of contacts I could try?
