Jean, you treat yourself girl!!!! Looking good!!!!!

The secret is to keep working...and keep your mind alive! I get the bus pass next month, and have no intention of retiring even though I could.Like Chris, I love my job.

Despite it's unhealthy overtones however, I MAY just go over the road from the office, and have a ' pensioners fish and chip lunch'......just once to celebrate !!!!!!! I think I could be allowed that don't you?

Someone once said to me: “You are as old as you feel.” Sometimes I feel 90, but mostly much younger than my real chronological age. Could it be because I love what I do and find it exciting?

Despite how we consider ourselves we are all ageing ....... I'm just about to enter my third childhood and I'm not quite 60 yet!!  ............... if you've found the secret of eternal youth can I buy some please?

I meant 'their' elders.  I hope OH nurses are making all the right plans to take good care of the ageing population
