Is it not the case that, as a practising counsellor, their professional
body requires them to have on-going counselling - or supervision as they
call it?

Subject: [OCC-HEALTH] Counselling for Counsellors
Sensitivity: Confidential

Dear List

What should an employer do when a member of their counselling service
requires counselling themselves? I have suggested that an external
service should be provided and paid for by the employer, but would
welcome any other opinions?

Many thanks

Sarah
