All,

As promised, please find attached my attempt. Even managed to nick a few
choice lines from Anne-Marie's management brief (and have hopefully covered
the points mentioned earlier in Mark's mail). Please feel free to chop and
change as you see fit. Haven't got the necessary skills to add a copy of the
Statement so plan to issue a copy of the DWP guide for employers at the time
of the briefing, together with a summary of the key points.

We have a working group meeting next Friday to discuss exactly how this will
impact the business and what needs to be changed in our current
policies/procedures. Will keep you posted.
