Fully Funded PhD Studentship for Midwives Researching Normal Childbirth

Applications are called for a Full-time PhD Studentship for Midwives,

supported by the Academic Division of Midwifery, School of Nursing,

Midwifery and Physiotherapy at Nottingham University. The Studentship will

run from Sept 2010 to August 2013. Research proposals are invited examining

any aspect of ‘Normality in Childbirth’.

The studentship provides for full PhD fees over 3 years and a yearly tax

free stipend of £13,290/year. To be eligible, you will need be a UK or EU

citizen and have at least a 2.1 class degree.
