I have a number of patients where the form and excipients in a 
medication can cause problems.
Should we be commenting on this consultation?

PS the PCT pharmaceutical advisor tells us when a particular branded 
preparation is cheaper than the generic (don't you love  NHS economics?) 
- and if it was possible to change any medication to a generic, would 
this *necessarily* be cheaper?
Not to mention the differences in modified release preparations..
