Hi: I am processing some PET images using SPM... I do the following steps: normalization to a PET standard, smoothing, statistical comparison with a normal PET database (doing a two sample t-test)... How can I do the same using FSL ?... I found some tips and tricks in FSL' FAQ but I need more information...
