Hi - what do you get when you type the following commands:
echo X${FSLDIR}X
ls $FSLDIR/tcl
Cheers

I'm new to FSL, and recently performed the recommended install of FSL4.1.5 on OSX 10.6.2, X11 v.2.3.4.
opening 'fsl' or
'fslview' via the command line works properly, however, from the fsl main GUI, the only program button that functions is FSLView.
trying to open these programs with '<prog. name>_gui' from the command line results in a 'floating point exception' which seems to derive from a problem with Runtcl. Specifically:
Error in startup script: couldn't read file "/usr/local/fsl/tcl/runtcl.tcl": no such file or directory
while executing
"source ${FSLDIR}/tcl/${origname}.tcl"
(file "/usr/local/fsl/bin/Runtcl" line 22)
any thoughts?
Thanks,
Jason
