I assume you would cite S10, the right to
prevent processing but under S10 (2)(a) you have a get out.
As I understand it the planning process
requires the details of objectors to be made available (I could be wrong as I
am not totally au fait with planning law) so Sched 2 (3) comes into effect and
trumps your objector’s S10.
As I said I could be wrong on the planning
aspects but that is how I read it from the DP angle.

Planning Objection
Hi
All
We
publish our planning objections. However, we have received one from
an objector who has inserted a Data Protection part in his letter stating that
he does not want his address published as this is a personal address. I
am of the view that under the sixth Data Protection Principle individuals have
rights and he is entitled to keep his information personal.
Anyone any views?
