Dear All, There are NMR file formats out there that use compression. Utrechts University hoemmade program uses one, for instance. It would be a fair bit of work to integrate that and write / get the data conversion routines, though. We're trying to think of a smart way to handle large data sets - Wayne uses 'Contour Files' currently. A clever way to compress the spectra in memory, or to filter and store only the useful bits would be great.
