challenging Leadership Development Workshop has been specifically designed to

the cultural sector and children's workforce. Combining leadership theory,
action-based learning, a touch of behavioural psychology and some insightful
facilitation, these workshops provide an excellent environment for participants
to build a fuller understanding of their own leadership. All are welcome
