Leadership Development Workshop

EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION & ENGAGEMENT

For: Museum/archive and other cultural educators and children's workforce professionals who are mid-career or 'emerging' leaders within the North East region.

Event description: This creative and challenging Leadership Development Workshop has been specifically designed to meet the diverse needs of those working for children and young people across the cultural sector and children's workforce. Combining leadership theory, action-based learning, a touch of behavioural psychology and some insightful facilitation, these workshops provide an excellent environment for participants to build a fuller understanding of their own leadership. All are welcome to apply.
