Dear Colleagues, I was wondering whether any institutions monitor student admissions by sexual orientation and/or gender identity,(how did you accomplish this, and in particular how did you persuade student administration to undertake this data collection exercise?) Or if any institutions are planning to monitor this protected characteristic in the future, how are you preparing to implement this?
