I would recommend asking the Institute of Equality and Diversity Practitioners (http://www.iedp.org.uk/ ), as our representative body (we will all be more empowered if we join) for such providers in the first instance. I hope this helps.

Kind regards,

Hello John

Thanks for this – we do already use Marshalls but are having problems getting people to undertake it so we are looking for additional training to supplement and for those who don’t want to or cannot access the web based product.

We use an online resource - Marshall ACM, which is constantly updated, comes in various modules and enables tracking of staff completion. It also has the major advantage of being available 24/7 and thus one avoids the need to bring people together at particular points, which can prove difficult. This approach is complemented with some f2f training

Hello All

I am putting together a programme of Staff development and training for E&D and would be interested if anyone could recommend any providers (that are not too expensive!)?  I am specifically looking at:

Managing reasonable adjustments for disabled employees

Understanding and recognising bullying and harassment

Avoiding discrimination and promoting equality (for EDC members)

Avoiding discrimination in the workplace

Thanks

Lesley
