Here at Worcester College of Technology we have dipped out toe in the waters of Application Virtualisation, both with SoftGrid and its replacement APP-V with limited success. We have found through testing that sequencing most third party applications to be straight forward, from Adobe reader to obscure freeware applications. However despite following prescriptive guides from SoftGrid blogs and Microsoft we have been singularly unsuccessful in managing to Sequence either Microsoft Office 2007 applications or the full suit. Has anyone successfully manager to sequence Office 2007 Professional ? We are targeting the application at Windows XP.
