Dear Lars, If you included all the conditions in the inversion you should get one file per condition per subject (two files if you count both w.. and sw...). Are you sure SPM didn't crash for some reason after writing out one file or that you waited long enough? Sometimes writing out nifti files is quite slow and it looks like Matlab is idle during this process. Also SPM would write nifti files out in the directories of the original datasets. Maybe you just haven't found them? If none of this is true, just put a breakpoint at line 225 of spm_eeg_inv_group where there is a loop over subjects and see what's happening.
