Hi Daniel,

Assuming it is a plane mirror (i.e. non-magnifying) then you can simply add the distance of the eye to the mirror to the distance from the projector/monitor to mirror in your equation. The mirror rotates the "cone" of the stimulus by 90 deg, but does not change the distance.

Hi,

Sorry for non-SPM question, bust I hope someone can help me with my basic optics question.
I need to calculate stimulus visual angle in the scanner. How I do it? If I make it as:
arctan(stimulus_height / distance_from_mirror_to_monitor) I do not take in consideration the distance from the eyes to the mirror. How should I incorporate it?

Thanks for help,
Daniel
