Re: The recent GMC guideline changes regarding employee' access to OH reports.  

Is there any actual right for the employee to censor, edit or defer the
contents of the OH report prior to despatch?  They may challenge the facts,
but they cannot challenge a professional's opinion, which, after all is the
nub of the report.  In the light of this what is the point of allowing prior
access to the report?
