If anyone has read these through and has an opinion, could you share it with me. I have been asked to talk about how the accreditation might operate in practice. I would like to be able to cite the list (and any individuals who would like to cited individually) in my references.

I'm under quite a time restriction, so please don't tackle it on my behalf unless you have time to respond by the end of January.
