Hi all,
 
I hope someone will be willing to help, I am trying to put in place a comprehensive health surveillance prorramme within a local authority setting. To date, due to lack of resources no health surveillance has been undertaken.
 
I wonder whether any one would be willing to share their policies / procedures with me, i really do not know where to start!!!
 
I have actually decided to commence with a noise conservation programme as well as respiratory health surveillance, and am starting to look for example policies / procedures/ standard letters etc.
 
I have no experience in writing these types of documents, and would be very grateful to any one kind enough to share theirs....
