I would be sympathetic to her case as there could be health implications and
not just an exacerbation of her MS should she fall. The lady may be more
likely to fall due to her condition as MS is associated with difficulties
with balance, loss of feeling in the extremeties etc etc. However, I would
also bat it back to management. You have not indicated any details of her
post. Perhaps her manager may be able identify any elements of her work
requirements which she could undertake from home.
