Caterpillar: Confidential Green Retain Until: 07/02/2010
Hello All
this is a question for those who specialise
in skin problems,
I have over the years seen many cases of
contact dermatitis and sensitising dermatitis, so when my son presented
with red eye lids, neck face and hand I told him to report it to his manager.
He did they did nothing until he when off
sick with infected skin, 3 months later!.
He was using two pack resin Araldite 420
at the time, and I worked for a very good chemical company so I researched
these products in their intranet ( which was excellent) and found loads
of info( which I stored in my file cabinets, as you do).
I have since left that company and find that
2 yrs down the line and with a claim in progress( initiated in May 2009)
and all my info still in the file cabinets, can anyone shed and light on
:
air quality testing when using 2 pack- recommendations
extraction -recommendations
Know, associated skin problems due to air
borne particles etc
and anything you think I can use to throw
at them.
This company has a terrible reputation for
health and safety,I would not normally advise on starting a claim but I
feel that a financial slap is sometimes the only way to get them
to change their attitude.
Thank you in anticipation
Regards
Pauline
